The company Tributus Compliance Solutions GmbH provides compliance software solutions and consulting services at an international level.

We specialise in issues related to the legal and organisational treatment and preparation of data, processes and documents.

Drawing on our many years of consulting activities in various sectors, we are familiar with the legislative requirements for companies with regard to the availability of data, process documentation and the workload involved.

In addition to broad experience with various archiving systems such as IBM, ASG/Mobius, Open Text etc., we have a sound knowledge of the current legal regulations such as GoBS (Principles for accurate, data processing supported accounting systems), Sarbannes Oxley Act (SOX), Generell Tax Data Access Solution, Basel II and many others.

Our goal is to harmonise your company's individual organisational and technical circumstances with the relevant legal requirements, all within your economic constraints.
Tributus Compliance Solutions GmbH was founded in December 2005 by Oliver Horbert and Michael Richter. Since then, our team has been growing constantly. Many of our team members have already worked together for many years before joining the company.

We have thus gathered extensive experience in the areas of infrastructure, archiving, web application, SAP and numerous other fields.
