Tributus DART-Analysator (SAP)
The GDPdU (Principles of data access and auditing of digital documents) stipulate that when tax relevant SAP data is archived it must be kept ready for access in the required manner at a later point in time. To implement these requirements, SAP developed the "Data Retention Tool (DART)". This tool offers the functions required for creating the files.
"The missing link"
Unfortunately, there was no tool for specially preparing these files for tax audits, which regularly resulted in a considerable additional workload. This is where we come in.
Our solution: the "DART-Analysator"
The DART-Analysator analyses the SAP DART files and prepares them for further processing.
In the next step, the analysed data is automatically imported into an archive (using a Tributus service programme). The data is then available for the tax audit and for further processing in the Tributus Compliance Information Center (CIC).
