We have developed our Compliance Information Center (CIC) as a portal solution with a special focus on the requirements of the Generell Tax Data Access Solution.

The process steps:

1. Extraction of the ERP data (here: SAP)
2. Tamper-proof archiving of the ERP data
3. Creation of an audit database containing the ERP data for tax audits
4. Data access (Z1 - Z3) for the tax auditor
5. Tributus Compliance Information Center (CIC)

This approach enables you to prepare for the tax audit independently of the ERP systems.

All three required access types are possible
All three types of data access required for the tax auditor are possible:

• The direct read-access (Z1),
• Indirect access via reports (Z2) and
• The handing over of data in different formats (Z3).

This solution creates an "analysable archive" that is also accepted by the financial authorities.

Extension components for document management (for GoBS - Principles for accurate, data processing supported accounting systems, SOX)
The Tributus Compliance Information Center (CIC) features an optional extension component for document management. This offers functions for filing, retrieving and exporting documents according to regulations such as GoBS, SOX and other compliance requirements.

In addition to data access, this solution also guarantees access to compliance documents in the same system solution.

The principles for accurate, data processing supported accounting systems (GoBS) are closely related to the Generell Tax Data Access Solution. The procedures for compiling the data and keeping it available must be documented in a procedural document.

If procedural documentation in accordance with GoBS is required, the necessary documents can be retrieved and presented in this document management module of the CIC.
